Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (no weight limit). Up to 2 pets per unit. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull & mixes, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akita, etc.). Other small pets (hamsters, birds, reptiles, ferrets, turtles, fish) allowed; tropical fish limited to a 20‑gallon tank; fees and limits apply only to cats and dogs.
